Arusha National Park Wildlife Day Tour

This is the nearest park in Arusha and therefore it is easy for you to visit especially when you have a plan of Climbing Mount Meru or Mount Kilimanjaro. You still enjoy a sense of wildlife nearby the Arusha city.

Arusha National Park, often overlooked, is in fact a treasure, a rich tapestry of habitats, teeming with animals and birds. From the lush swamps of the Ngurdoto Crater to the tranquil beauty of the Momella Lakes and the rocky alpine heights of Mount Meru, the terrain of the park is as varied as it is interesting. The setting for Arusha National Park is magical: Zebras graze on the park’s red grasslands, and leopards lurk next to waterfalls in the shadowy forest. More than 400 species of bird, both migrant and resident can be found in Arusha National Park alongside rare primates such as the black-and-white colobus monkey. Delicate klipspringer antelope watch the progress of hikers from the top of huge boulders, and everlasting flowers cling to the alpine desert underfoot. Both Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru can be seen from the park on a clear day.

Detailed Itinerary

This day trip will start early in the morning after breakfast at your hotel. your safari guide will drive 25km East of Arusha Town to Arusha National Park. you will enjoy seeing animals as well as a group of flamingos on alkaline crater lakes.

You will have a short break in the afternoon for lunch in some of the lodge found within this park. You will proceed to explore this park until evening where will be the end of your day trip and your guide will drive back to Arusha.

Ngorongoro Crater Day Tour

Your safari will start in the morning after breakfast at your Hotel/Lodge in Arusha.

You will be picked up by your Safari guide from the hotel/Lodge in Arusha town before starting your trip to Ngorongoro Crater .While you are on the way your guide will explain the different ecosystems of the crater, including the wildlife as well as the formation of the different landscapes.

At the base of the Crater Area in the Ngorongoro, we will have a game drive through some of the largest concentration of zebra, wildebeest which are usually followed by the Lions and Hyenas. Jackals are also seen on the safari game drives along with the occasional Leopards and Cheetah. The Crater Lake attracts species of birdlife like the flamingos and avocets which feed on the algae. Black Rhinos and the Occasional Solitary Bull elephants may also be seen in the Crater.Our safari ends with a lunch break before heading back in Arusha town.

Tarangire National Park Day Tour

Experience a single day game drive in Tarangire National Park.Tarangire National Park has been isolated to the southern zone from both Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park.At Tarangire National Park, The baobab trees are a prominent feature of the park, their immense trunks stating a presence across much of the area.

The Tarangire River runs through the center of the park and its permanent water has become known as the ‘lifeblood’ for a multitude of animals. During the dry season many animals from the surrounding area make their way to this river to drink.

This park has a promising vegetation to support wild animals to enjoy while completing the the ecosystem. Here on the Great Rift Valley floor you will surrounded by the Acacia woodlands and giant African Baobab trees. Also in this park you will find the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem.

Be prepared to gain a new understanding of immense. The baobab trees are large but when you witness a herd of elephants, that can reach up to 300 strong, rubbing and bumping up against these trees snapping their large limbs like they were twigs…immense will seem like an understatement.

When you visit this park, it means you are in the middle of the highest population density of elephants in North – Tanzania.there is also a wonderful creatures that you can find in there as lions, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, various types of antelope and gazelles ambling to and from the river throughout the day.
